I have dedicated the past 25 years to driving growth across some of Australia's most complex and highly regulated industries (pharmaceutical and dental).  Throughout my career, I've earned industry recognition, national sales awards, led strategic partnerships, and built a reputation for turning complexity into commercial opportunity through trust, strategic thinking, and disciplined execution.

But my commitment to growth, service, and creating positive impact started long before my corporate career.

At just 16 years old, I served as Vice President of CanTeen, organisation supporting young people living with cancer. I was later honoured as Young Canberra Citizen of the Year in recognition of my contribution to the community.

Those experiences taught me lessons that have stayed with me throughout my life and career: people matter, relationships matter, and meaningful growth is created by helping others succeed.​

Some of my most valuable lessons, however, came through adversity.

​

Following a divorce, I found myself rebuilding my life and financial future from scratch while raising two young children. Through disciplined investing, continuous learning, and a determination to create a different future, I went on to build a multi-million-dollar property portfolio while continuing to grow my corporate career.

 

That chapter reinforced a belief that now shapes everything I do:

There is almost always a better way forward.

 

That mindset drives my evolution as an investor, business owner, and acquisition entrepreneur. As part of my commitment to acquiring and building businesses, I work closely with entrepreneur, investor and mentor Aaron Sansoni to deepen my expertise in acquisitions, deal structuring, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation.

 

Today, I invest in, partner with, and acquire businesses with strong foundations, loyal customers, and meaningful growth potential. Drawing on a lifetime of leadership, service, commercial growth, and personal resilience, I help founders and business owners unlock what's possible—creating stronger businesses, better outcomes, and lasting value.

I am particularly drawn to founder-led and privately owned businesses because I understand the courage, sacrifice, and persistence it takes to build something meaningful. Whether through acquisition, strategic partnership, succession planning, or advisory support, I enjoy helping great businesses reach their next chapter of growth.

I don't believe commercial success and positive impact are mutually exclusive.

My long-term vision is to build a portfolio of businesses that create meaningful value, help people thrive, and prove that growth can be both commercially successful and deeply human.

I live on the Sunshine Coast with my partner Joe and our three children, who remind me every day why creating freedom, opportunity, and impact matters.
